Introducing docParsed
Event in WebhooksWe're excited to announce the introduction of a new event type in our webhooks: docParsed
. This event is triggered whenever a document is successfully parsed. The webhook payload will now include all extracted data, ensuring you have immediate access to the insights you need.
Enhanced Document Parsing DisplayThe extracted data from your documents will now be displayed in the validation view, making it easier to verify and utilize the information.
SMS Notifications for Client RequestsFor those using SMS communication with clients, you can now opt to send SMS notifications by default when there are changes to your requests (such as rejections, validations, or reopenings). This feature is configurable in the campaign settings, allowing you to customize the messages sent.
New API Parameter: sendReopenMessage
When updating a request via the API, a new parameter sendReopenMessage
(boolean) has been added. This allows you to decide whether to send a notification (email or SMS) when a request is reopened, providing more control over your communication preferences.
These updates are designed to enhance your experience with our platform, making document management and client communication more efficient and effective. As always, we welcome your feedback and are here to help with any questions you may have.
We've improved our HubSpot Workflow integration! Now, in addition to our existing capabilities, you can assign requests automatically when they are sent. You can choose to assign them to the deal owner, a specific user, or dynamically using the user email address. Note: This feature requires a Marketing Hub Professional account in HubSpot.
Introducing a new way to keep your documents up-to-date! You can now trigger document synchronization using the API. This feature allows you to sync documents that have not been synced yet, expanding the previous options of syncing only when documents were uploaded, validated, or when a request was completed.
