Auto-shred and Auto-archive are here
Two new features to help you keep your workspace clean, organized, and secure—automatically.
Auto-shrink
Uploaded documents can now be set to delete themselves after a certain period. This not only reduces clutter but also helps minimize the risk of sensitive data lingering longer than it should.
Auto-archive
Requests marked as "completed" can now be archived after a set time (e.g., 1 month), with the option to automatically delete them later (e.g., 3 months after being archived).
A simple way to stay organized and reduce unnecessary data exposure.
Introducing Secret Fields in Forms
We’re excited to introduce a new input type in forms: Secret Fields! Now, you can securely collect sensitive information such as API keys, passwords, or other confidential data during onboarding or other processes.
Here’s how it works:
- Discreet Display: As you type, the input will be masked with • characters to keep the data hidden.
- Enhanced Security: The data is not only hidden visually but also encrypted for added security.
Important Note: This feature is designed for sensitive information but should not be used for collecting data like credit card numbers.

Redesigned Settings for Enhanced Usability
We've redesigned our Settings section to enhance both usability and harmony. Here's what you can expect:
- Better Organization: The pages are now more logically arranged, making it easier to find what you need.
- Consistent Components: The design is harmonized, using the same types of components throughout for a seamless experience.
These changes make navigating and using the settings smoother and more intuitive.
Minor Change:
- You can now collect UTM parameters when using shareable links. Just add the parameters to the URL before sharing. These are visible in "View all properties" on the request page and in the request details within the API, helping you track and analyze traffic more effectively.

Improved Review Mode
We've just upgraded the Review Mode in Collect! Here’s what’s new:
- Enhanced Image Viewer: Now you can zoom in and out on uploaded images, making it easier to inspect details without leaving the page.
- Embedded Video Player: No need to download videos to review them anymore. Our new embedded player lets you watch videos directly within the app.
These updates are designed to streamline your review process, making it faster and more efficient. Enjoy the new features and keep the feedback coming!
New Webhook Event, Enhanced Data Display, and SMS Notifications
Introducing docParsed Event in WebhooksWe're excited to announce the introduction of a new event type in our webhooks: docParsed. This event is triggered whenever a document is successfully parsed. The webhook payload will now include all extracted data, ensuring you have immediate access to the insights you need.
Enhanced Document Parsing DisplayThe extracted data from your documents will now be displayed in the validation view, making it easier to verify and utilize the information.
SMS Notifications for Client RequestsFor those using SMS communication with clients, you can now opt to send SMS notifications by default when there are changes to your requests (such as rejections, validations, or reopenings). This feature is configurable in the campaign settings, allowing you to customize the messages sent.
Minor Update
New API Parameter: sendReopenMessageWhen updating a request via the API, a new parameter sendReopenMessage (boolean) has been added. This allows you to decide whether to send a notification (email or SMS) when a request is reopened, providing more control over your communication preferences.
